What this site covers
NSFW AI Scout covers AI girlfriend and boyfriend apps, NSFW AI chatbots and AI image and video generators for adults. There are 42 app reviews, twelve head-to-head comparisons and a set of guides, mostly in English with a few pages in French. Everything here is for adults 18 and over.
How we review an app
Each review is built from things anyone can check, on the day the review is written:
- The pricing page: every plan, what it includes, the real monthly cost of each billing period, and what credits or tokens actually buy.
- The terms of service and refund policy: renewal rules, refund windows, what happens to unused credits, and anything the homepage promises that the terms take back.
- Who operates the app: the company named in the terms, where it is registered, and whether that matches the footer and the billing descriptor.
- Public user reports: app-store listings and ratings, Trustpilot and similar sources, with dates.
- Content rules: age verification, what the app allows, and whether its own showcase pages respect those rules.
Every review says what we could not verify, for example a price that is only shown after sign-up. We give the date each fact was checked because prices in this category change often.
What we do not claim
We do not claim hands-on testing we did not do. You will not find invented chat logs, made-up response times or "40 hours of testing" here. Some of our older pages did make claims like that; on 29 and 30 September 2026 we removed them from every page of the site, and the older reviews are being re-checked with the method above. Reviews published or updated since 29 September 2026 follow it from the start.
How scores work
Scores are out of 10. Each review shows the sub-scores it is built from (for example pricing transparency, billing and cancellation terms, free tier, feature range) so you can see where an app wins or loses points. An app loses points when its terms contradict its homepage, when it hides prices behind sign-up, when cancelling or getting a refund is hard, or when paying users report unexpected charges.
How the site makes money
Some links on this site are affiliate links, mostly through CrakRevenue. If you pay for an app after clicking one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Some pages also show clearly labelled sponsored banners. A commission never buys a score: several apps we earn from are rated below 5 out of 10, and we also review apps that pay us nothing. Sample images in our galleries are supplied by the app they link to and are labelled as such.
Our line on safety
We only cover content involving fictional adult characters. We do not explain how to use "undress" or face-swap tools on photos of real people, and we flag apps that allow it or whose showcase pages suggest underage characters. Where an app's public pages cross that line, the review says so.
Corrections
Prices and terms change. When we find that a page is out of date, we correct it and update the date shown on the page. The full list of pages, with their scores, is on the reviews index.
Contact
Spotted an outdated price, a wrong fact or an app we should look at? Write to cam-video [at] protonmail.com (replace [at] with @). App makers can use the same address to point out an error in their review; we check the claim against the source and correct the page if it is wrong, but we do not sell reviews or scores.
