Secrets AI sells one thing well: unlimited conversation with a large cast of companions, plus pictures, short videos and voice calls paid from a monthly allowance of Moments. On 20 October 2026 secrets.ai sold two plans, Premium and Ultimate, by the month or the year. This page replaces our March review, whose prices and feature list were out of date.

Everything below comes from pages anyone can check: the store page and the plan data it loads, the help wiki at wiki.secrets.ai, the terms of service, refund policy and underage policy (all dated 10 April 2026), the public companion list the homepage loads, and Trustpilot. It is not a hands-on test, so there are no chat logs or sample images below, and nothing here grades how well the chat writes. Where something sits behind the login wall or a paid plan, we say so. We loaded the site from France; it still showed prices in US dollars.

What You Get with Secrets AI

Secrets AI is a web app at secrets.ai for chatting with AI companions who can also send images, short videos and voice, and take voice calls. The terms name Secret Labs Inc., "a corporation registered in both Canada and the United States", with a mailing address in Dover, Delaware. The site runs in English, Spanish, German, French and Japanese.

• Official companions: the companion list the homepage loaded on 20 October held 187 official characters: 130 realistic women, 24 realistic men, 22 anime women and 11 anime men, 11 of them flagged as trans. Every one has a voice.
• Community characters: a second list held 2,187 public characters made by users, which Secrets reviews before they go public.
• Male companions: available but a small share of the catalogue. Our best AI boyfriend apps list covers apps built around them.
• Scenarios, Reels and Shorts: the homepage pushes interactive video "Reels" that end with the character waiting for your reply, and "Shorts" billed as mini-dramas. The site's meta description claims "100+ Fantasies"; we did not count them.
• Web app, not a store app: the wiki says Secrets is not on the App Store or Google Play and that any listing there is not affiliated with it. You install it from the browser as a web app, which also enables push notifications.

Marketing figures on the store page, all unverified: "500M+ messages sent", "50M+ images and videos generated" and "#1 AI Companion Platform". The sign-up box says "1,000,000+ AI companions are waiting for you".

Companions & Custom Characters

Secrets' wiki documents a full Character Studio, and it is one of the strongest parts of the product on paper:

• Creation: available on every tier. The first character is free; each extra one costs 500 Moments.
• Appearance: edited by describing the change in plain language, with an optional reference photo to keep later images consistent.
• Details: name, location, description and an age between 18 and 99.
• Voice: any of 148 voices in the Voice Library, filterable by accent and style, with previews.
• Personality editing after creation is Ultimate-only.
• Forks: you can copy a public community character for 600 Moments, or your own for 300.
• Going public: requires a profile photo, an avatar, nine gallery images and a reference image, all from the latest Advanced image mode, and no nudity in anything shown publicly.

On top of characters, Ultimate adds Personas (identities you play as, with their own photos), group chats with two or three companions, and proactive messages from companions after you have been away. Lorebooks, which let you edit what a companion remembers, come with both paid plans. On the free tier, custom characters get 100 messages in total, not per day.

Chat, Memory & Limits by Plan

We can't grade the writing without a fresh test, so this section sticks to what the wiki's plan table promises:

• Messages: 20 a day on Free (the wiki says the limit is tied to the device, so a new account doesn't reset it), unlimited on Premium and Ultimate.
• Message length: 500 characters on Free, 1,000 on Premium, 2,000 on Ultimate.
• Chat models: Free gets the S3 and experimental X-3 modes; Premium adds S5; Ultimate adds S4 and a "Max" thinking level.
• Memory: "Basic" on Free. Premium accesses 4 times as many memories with 60% more context; Ultimate 6 times as many with double the context.
• Time Travel (going back in a conversation): paid plans only.

The memory multipliers are Secrets' own, measured against its own free tier, so they say nothing about how memory compares with other apps. On Trustpilot, memory is praised in several positive reviews and criticised in a 2-star review from 19 October 2026 that says Ultimate felt no different from Premium.

Adult Content & Rules

The terms state plainly that the site carries AI-generated depictions of nudity and sexual activity for adults. The video generator has an NSFW switch, and one model, "Intimate", is described as "made for intimate scenes". The terms add the usual rules: 18+ only, all characters adults, AI-generated fiction only.

The Underage Policy is more detailed than most. It describes a click-through age gate, checks on request, automated screening of every prompt for minor-related content, and permanent bans with reports to law enforcement. The site's own error messages show one such filter at work: character descriptions that mention "a school for children or teens" are blocked. A 1-star Trustpilot review from 13 October 2026 complains that images and companions were deleted for "young appearance", which suggests the moderation also acts after generation. We found no "teen", "school" or "loli" tags in the public catalogue.

Images, Videos & Voice Calls

Everything beyond text costs Moments, the site's currency. The wiki publishes the price list, which is rarer than it should be:

• Images: 50 Moments each at 1K or 1.5K, 100 at 2K, plus 10 per extra reference photo. Adding your Ultimate persona to a chat photo adds 10.
• Voice calls: 50 Moments a minute, the same in group calls. The wiki says call audio is transcribed then deleted, and only the transcript is kept.
• Videos: priced by model, resolution and length. For a 5-second 720p clip: Basic and Classic 600 Moments, Everyday 640, Intimate 850, Intimate + Turbo 1,180, Cinematic 1,200. Clips run from 4 to 30 seconds depending on the model, up to 4K on Cinematic and Intimate.
• Bundles: paid packs of extra photos and videos for a specific companion, bought with Moments. Prices only show inside an account.

Several rivals also make video in 2026, including OurDream AI and Kupid AI. What Secrets adds is a choice of video models with published prices, so you know the cost of a clip before you make it.

Pricing & Plans

Prices seen on 20 October 2026. The store showed US dollars from a French connection; the terms say tax is added where required. The regular prices below match both the store's plan data and the wiki.

The store itself only toggles between Monthly and Yearly. The 3- and 6-month terms appear in the plan data and in the terms of service, which say multi-month plans are billed upfront and renew for the same term. Legacy Lite ($5.99) and Plus ($9.99) plans are being retired; the wiki says remaining members move to Premium with at least 14 days' notice. Subscribers can top up with Moments packs; their prices only show inside a paid account (see Before You Pay).

Which Plan to Choose: What 8,000 Moments Buy

Chat is flat-rate on paid plans; everything else draws on the monthly grant. Here is what the grants cover if you spend them on one thing only:

• Premium, 8,000 Moments: 160 images, or 160 minutes of calls, or 12 Everyday clips, or 6 Cinematic clips (5 seconds at 720p).
• Ultimate, 15,000 Moments: 300 images, or 300 minutes of calls, or 23 Everyday clips, or 12 Cinematic clips.

The table spreads each plan over a month and prices one image, one call minute and one 5-second 720p Everyday clip, assuming the whole grant goes to that one use.

Our pick: annual Premium. At $109.99 it brings the plan down to $9.17 a month and halves every unit price: an image or a call minute costs about 6 cents, an Everyday clip 73 cents. If you mostly chat and send the odd picture, it is the best-value way into Secrets.

Pick Ultimate only for its features. Monthly Ultimate costs twice as much as monthly Premium for 1.9 times the Moments, so each Moment is slightly dearer. The extra money pays for Personas, group chats, personality editing and the larger memory, not for media. If you want those, the Halloween sale (until 1 November 2026) cuts the first year of annual Ultimate to $249.99.

Monthly Premium ($19.99) makes sense as a one-month trial before you commit to a year. If you want a lot of video, no plan here is generous: six Cinematic clips a month on Premium is a light allowance.

Before You Pay

None of these is a reason to skip Secrets, but each is worth knowing before you enter a card number.

• Strike-through prices: the store crossed out $39.99 next to Premium and $79.99 next to Ultimate as "per month" prices. The wiki lists $19.99 and $39.99 as the regular monthly prices, so the crossed-out figures are double what the plans cost. The "77% off" badge on annual Premium is measured against that inflated $39.99; against the real monthly price, annual Premium saves 54%.
• Sale prices cover the first period only: the wiki is clear that the Halloween price on annual Ultimate renews at $319.99.
• Moments packs: only subscribers can buy them, and pack prices only show inside a paid account. The store's code holds a standard list from 3,000 Moments for $9.99 to 120,000 for $249.99, and the wiki uses a 4,000-for-$11.99 example, so treat both as indicative. The sale packs (10,000 Moments for $19.99 up to 200,000 for $249.99) were shown against "regular" prices of $49.99 to $999.99, about double that standard list.
• Moments don't roll over: the wiki says unused grant Moments are reset each month, not carried over.
• Refunds: none for periods already used. All Moments purchases are final, except for billing errors. Crypto payments are non-refundable "under any circumstances". Billing errors must be reported in writing within 30 days.
• EU and UK buyers: a 14-day right to withdraw from a new subscription. Full refund if you haven't used premium features, otherwise a deduction for what you used. It doesn't apply to renewals.
• Broken images: Moments spent on a clearly broken generation can be refunded after review, but the site's report form says Advanced image generations and edits are not eligible. Generations blocked by a safety check before they start are never charged, per the wiki.
• Cancelling: the wiki and the store describe a self-serve Cancel button on the Subscription page and say nothing is deleted. The terms of service (section 14) instead tell you to contact the payment processor or email support@secrets.ai, and say your account "will automatically close" at the end of the period. The cancel screen's own text also warns that generated media is deleted after 14 days on Free. Save your media before you let a plan lapse.
• Free tier: the sign-up box advertises "200 Free Moments", while the wiki says the free tier has no Moment grant, can't buy Moments, and needs a paid plan for anything that costs them. We could not settle it without an account. Assume the free tier is for chatting only.
• Payment: Visa, Mastercard and Discover (no Amex), or 300+ cryptocurrencies through NOWPayments with a $20 minimum. Prepaid G2A keys are offered as a last resort. Card statements show "S LABS INC".
• Company and disputes: Secret Labs Inc., 8 The Green Ste D, Dover, DE 19901, United States; the terms say it is registered in both Canada and the United States. Disputes fall under the law of British Columbia and go to individual arbitration seated in Vancouver, with a class-action waiver. Small-claims court is possible if you give notice within 60 days.
• Price changes: the terms promise 30 days' notice of any increase, effective at the next renewal.
• Age checks: the terms say the site is meant for "a limited territory that excludes all jurisdictions where the content is illegal or subject to age verification measures". We saw no ID-based age check on the public pages, loaded from France.
• Catalogue ages: of the 187 official companions, 18 are listed as 18 or 19 years old, and two of those 18-year-olds carry both the "petite" and "college" tags (one also "shy"). Among the 2,187 public community characters, 375 are listed at 18 or 19, and one public profile describes an 18-year-old "fresh out of high school". All stated ages are adult and the rules are clear, but this is the youngest-skewing corner of the catalogue. Stick to characters who read as unambiguous adults, and report anything that doesn't.

User feedback. On 20 October 2026 Secrets' claimed Trustpilot profile showed a TrustScore of 4.5 out of 5 from 279 reviews, 277 of them from the last 12 months. 204 are 5-star and 22 are 1- or 2-star. Many positive reviews are a single line. The complaints that repeat are image generations that ignore the prompt with no Moments refunded, repetitive or forgetful chat, and support tickets left unanswered (two reviews from July and August 2026). One June 2026 reviewer couldn't find a cancel button. One thing to weigh: the site's feedback pop-up includes a "Thanks for the 5 stars!" screen with a "Share on Trustpilot" button. From outside, we can't tell whether lower ratings get the same invitation.

Secrets AI is a strong choice for chat-first users: unlimited messages, a big catalogue and a deep character studio, with images, video and calls priced openly. Annual Premium is the plan to buy.

Few competitors publish a price for every image, call minute and video model, document their plans in a wiki, and put a 14-day withdrawal right for EU and UK buyers into their terms. The feature set covers almost everything an AI companion buyer looks for, explicit content is allowed for adults, and the 279-review Trustpilot profile averages 4.5 out of 5. That is why Secrets scores 7.9.

What keeps it from scoring higher: the strike-through prices double the real ones, Moments vanish at each renewal and are never refunded, the terms and the wiki disagree on cancellation, and there is no store app. Go in with annual Premium, treat the Moments as a monthly allowance rather than a balance, and buy packs only once you know how much media you actually use.
