What "Uncensored" Actually Means
An uncensored AI chatbot is one whose terms allow explicit sexual content between an adult user and fictional adult characters. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Character.AI rule that out in their usage policies, which is why jailbreak prompts exist and why they keep breaking.
"Uncensored" never means "no rules": the terms still prohibit some content. Xotic AI's rules, for example, ban minors, "aged-up" characters and roleplaying a minor. What differs is where the adult content sits: on every plan, only on paid plans (GirlfriendGPT, GoLove AI's free tier is only "partially" NSFW), and whether images, video and voice cost extra on top of the chat.

- Adult content scope (20%): what the terms allow adults to do on a paid plan, from explicit text and images down to soft or filtered.
- Value for money (20%): the monthly price of the cheapest plan that unlocks adult content, adjusted for metered chat and annual pricing.
- Pricing & billing clarity (15%): prices before sign-up, self-serve cancellation, refunds, a named company.
