Nectar AI is not the only app with live calls, it charges them per minute in credits on its top plan only, and its own tools fail our safety check.

Voice Calls: What Each Actually Offers
Nectar AI: live calls you can interrupt, with mute and a transcript, but only Ultimate lists voice chat, and calls are "charged by the minute, separately from your subscription". The rate is hidden until you sign up.
Candy AI: voice messages and Voice Calls (beta), both paid from the 100 tokens included each month; the per-minute token cost is also only visible after sign-up. Its only published live rate is Candy Roulette at 5 tokens a minute.

Nectar's rules ban minors "whether the age is stated, implied by setting, or suggested by appearance". Its own image generator nonetheless offers by name an anime character who is a middle-schooler in her series, next to explicit acts, plus a "Catholic Schoolgirl" outfit and "Step Daughter" and "Student" roles. Under our method the named character caps the score at 4.5 and rules out a recommendation.
Candy AI's creator also lists adult role-play tropes ("School Mate", "Step Daughter"), which cost it one point, but nothing that triggers a cap.
