Swipey AI is a web app at swipey.ai for chatting with AI companions who can also send photos, short videos and voice messages. The July version of this review called it a Tinder-style swipe-to-match app at about $9.99 a month. Swipey's own pages describe a feed-and-chat platform instead, and on 20 October 2026 Premium cost $19.99 for a single month; the $7.99 a month on the pricing page is the 12-month rate, paid as $95.99 upfront.

This update rests on things anyone can check: the pricing page and the plan data it loads, the image generator's price list, Swipey's help center (about 150 articles, most updated in early October), the terms of service (version 3.0, effective date 01/08/2026), its UK age-assurance statement and Trustpilot. It is not a hands-on test, so there are no chat logs or sample images below, and we don't grade writing or image quality. We loaded the site from France; Swipey's currency check returned euros for that location, while the plan data lists US dollars, which we use here.

What You Get

The footer, the terms and the help center name INVAI LTD as the operator; the help center adds that it has nothing to do with Swipey (swipey.co), a Malaysian payments company. Its pages describe three kinds of companion and several game-style features:

• Platform Models: characters made by the Swipey team, in realistic or anime style.
• Verified Creator Models: AI versions of real creators, built from their own photos and voice, with paid Fan Clubs of exclusive sets. The help center says creators pass an identity check with Ondato before onboarding.
• Custom AI: the character you build yourself, private by default.
• Feed: a "TikTok-style" feed of AI-generated photos, videos and stories, the only swiping we found.
• Duels and Live Now: two AI characters face off over five rounds, and gifts paid in Hearts decide who "performs" next. Live Now lets you direct a character with taps.
• Rewards: daily Hearts for Premium members, quests, a prize wheel (10 to 1,000 Hearts a spin, small prizes most common, per the help center) and account levels.

The character creator

The Create AI builder is the most clearly documented part of Swipey. According to its help center, you choose a style (realistic or anime); a look (age, ethnicity, body, hair, eyes and outfit); one of seven personalities (Dominant, Innocent, Mean, Nympho, Playful, Submissive or Sweetheart), each with its own 10-stage arc; one kink from each of three tiers (Starter from relationship level 1, Spicy at level 2, Hardcore at level 3, with options depending on the personality); and a location, scenario and voice.

Chat, memory and relationship levels

• Memory: the help center says companions remember your name, preferences and past moments. Premium adds a Memories area where you can see each stored memory as a card and delete it.
• Relationship levels: every chat has its own bar. Swipey's own characters and Verified Creators have 15 named levels, from Teasing to Ultimate, each with a gift video. Progress comes from "thoughtful messages" and voice calls, and needs Premium, or the creator's Fan Club for Verified Creators.
• Voice messages: Premium members can send voice notes, and she can reply by voice or text.

These are Swipey's own descriptions; we have not graded the chat or the images.

Photos, Videos & Calls: Paid in Hearts

Premium doesn't include a monthly photo quota. Media is paid in Hearts, Swipey's currency, on top of the subscription:

• Images: the generator's price list, loaded publicly by the site, charges 30 Hearts for 1 image, 100 for 4, 200 for 9 and 360 for 16. You can also ask for a photo in chat.
• Video scenes: a scene starts at 5 seconds and extends step by step (10, 20, 30, then 60 seconds) with "Show More", each step costing Hearts. "Full Show" unlocks the whole scene at a discount and is Premium only. "Make Me Move" turns a photo into a video.
• Voice calls: Premium only, billed per minute in Hearts.
• Fan Clubs: paid in real money on monthly, 3-month or yearly plans set by each creator. Premium includes one.

Hearts come from bonus payments with each Premium charge, 20 at sign-up, daily rewards for Premium members, quests, referrals and the prize wheel. Bought Hearts don't expire while the account is active. For apps that bundle photos into the plan instead, see our guide to AI girlfriends that send pictures.

Adult Content

Swipey calls itself "uncensored for adults" across chat, images and video. The site and the terms list what is blocked for everyone: minors, real people without their consent, non-consent, incest and bestiality. The terms add that prohibited terms are rejected when submitted, with no output generated, and that flagged chats may be reviewed manually. NSFW image generation needs Premium. On a Custom AI, Hardcore kinks wait until relationship level 3, unless you pick the Nympho personality, which is explicit from the first message.

Character tags on the public pages are covered under Before you pay.

Age checks are light outside the UK. Everyone confirms they are 18+ on the first visit and again at checkout. UK users go through Ondato, a selfie age estimate and an ID document if needed, before adult content unlocks, according to Swipey's UK age-assurance statement.

Prices & Which Plan to Choose

There are three Premium plans with the same features. Prices from the plan data on 20 October 2026; Swipey's help center says prices show in US dollars, or in euros in EU countries, and you pay in the currency shown at checkout.

Which plan to choose

• Our pick: 12 months, $95.99 (about $8 a month). All plans have the same features, and this is the cheapest way to get unlimited chat, a Custom AI, voice messages and relationship levels.
• To try it, or for more Hearts: 1 month, $19.99. The smallest commitment, and its 200 bonus Hearts every month are eight times what the annual plan gives per month.
• Skip the 3-month plan ($47.99): it saves a little on price but gives the fewest Hearts per month.

The Hearts bonus matters if you want media: the table below spreads each plan's bonus Hearts over a month and converts them at the single-image price of 30 Hearts. Daily rewards add more for Premium members, but Swipey doesn't publish how many.

The annual plan's 300 Hearts buy 10 single images for the year, or 13 at the 16-image batch rate (22.5 Hearts each). The monthly plan gives eight times more Hearts per month at two and a half times the price. Either way, a photo or video habit means buying Hearts packs.

Before You Pay

Everything below comes from Swipey's own pages or its Trustpilot profile on 20 October 2026.

• The headline price: the pricing page shows one figure, "$7.99 / month", next to the line "Billed monthly, cancel anytime". That is the monthly equivalent of the 12-month plan, paid as $95.99 upfront; a single month costs $19.99.
• Costs after sign-up: Hearts pack prices, per-scene video prices, the per-minute call rate (shown once before your first call) and Fan Club prices are only visible inside an account.
• Discount anchors: every plan is shown as a discount from a $39.99 "monthly price", 50% off for 1 month, 60% for 3 months and 80% for a year. No plan in the data actually charges $39.99 a month. The plan data also holds a "special" 12-month plan at $71.99 ($5.99 a month) and partner prices of $79.99 a year; we couldn't see who gets them. A quiz landing page at swipeyconnect.com, which runs on Swipey's own servers and INVAI's policies, advertises "$0.33/day", which matches a $119.99 annual price also stored in the plan data, not today's $95.99.
• Free tier: the pages disagree. The help center says free users can chat with Swipey's characters and Verified Creators, the pricing page says "basic chat", and the terms of service (section 6.1) allow "up to five (10) messages" before a subscription is required. Assume the lower figure.
• Bonus Hearts in the terms: section 6.2 promises "200 Tokens per month" with any subscription, while the help center gives 200 per payment, which on the 3-month plan is a third as much. We use the help center's more recent figures.
• Custom AI costs: creating a Custom AI is included with Premium, but chatting with her requires Premium either way; without it, creation costs 15 Hearts and she can't talk to you. Each saved edit costs 15 Hearts, plus 10 if you change her voice, and personality can never be changed. If Premium lapses, a Custom AI chat stays open for 7 days, then locks until you resubscribe, with nothing deleted.
• Character tags: the character data embedded in Swipey's public anime and hentai pages included several platform characters tagged "teen", combined with tags such as "petite", "student" and "cheerleader". Their listed ages are 18 to 20, while the terms ban "youth-themed content suggesting underage status". Two other characters carried "stepmom" and "stepsister" tags, next to a stated incest ban. Our method takes one point off the overall score when the publisher itself offers tags like these. Stick to characters who are unambiguously adults, and report the rest to hello@swipey.ai.
• Renewal: every plan renews automatically. The terms say renewal is "at the then-current price"; Fan Clubs, per the help center, renew at the price you joined at.
• Cancelling: one click in Settings, Subscription, or by email. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: the terms say all purchases are final and non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise. The help center is softer: support reviews requests case by case, and genuine duplicate charges are refunded. Contact hello@swipey.ai before disputing a charge; the terms warn that a chargeback on a legitimate charge can get the account suspended.
• Statement name and payment: the pricing page promises a neutral merchant name, "not Swipey", but the help center says the charge shows as either SWIPEY.AI or INVAI LTD, depending on the payment provider. The pricing page lists Visa, Mastercard and crypto (BTC, ETH, USDC, LTC); the help center says methods vary by region. Deleting the account deletes your Hearts.
• No store app: the help center says there is no app to download. Swipey runs in the browser and can be added to your home screen.
• Who you pay: INVAI LTD, company number HE 458964, Strovolou 140, Strovolos, 2042 Nicosia, Cyprus. The terms fall under Cypriot law, with disputes going to the courts of Cyprus.
• User feedback: Swipey's claimed Trustpilot profile showed 3.0 out of 5 from 38 reviews: 40% one-star and 32% five-star. The recurring complaint in 2026 is billing: several reviewers from August to October report charges they didn't recognise or couldn't stop, two of them for $39.99 or €39.99, the same figure the plan data uses as Premium's undiscounted price. We can't tell from outside what those charges were for. The positive reviews praise the character variety, the images and the interface, but six of them were posted on 20 and 21 August 2026.

Final Verdict — 6.9/10

Swipey AI packs a lot into one subscription: unlimited chat, your own Custom AI, voice messages and calls, verified-creator AIs and game mechanics, for about $8 a month on the annual plan.

The creator is detailed, with seven personalities and tiered kinks, Memories are yours to view and delete, and cancelling takes one click. If chat and voice notes are what you want, the 12-month plan is good value.

Go in knowing the money side: the "$7.99 / month" headline is the annual rate, photos, videos and calls cost Hearts whose pack prices only show after sign-up, refunds are a favour rather than a right, and Trustpilot sits at 3.0 with reports of unrecognised charges. Check your plan at checkout and keep an eye on your statement.

Who should use Swipey AI:

• Users who mostly want text chat and voice notes and will pay annually
• Fans of a specific verified creator who want her AI version and Fan Club
• People who enjoy game mechanics: levels, quests, Duels and a prize wheel
• Users who prefer paying with crypto

Who should look elsewhere:

• Anyone who wants lots of photos or videos included in a flat fee
• Users who need a refund safety net
• Anyone wanting a native iPhone or Android app (see our best AI girlfriend apps for iPhone)
