HeraHaven is a web app for chatting with AI companions who can also send pictures, voice messages and short videos made from those pictures. The old address, herahaven.com, redirects to herahaven.ai. This page replaces our August review, which leaned on chat and image impressions we can't re-check, a Trustpilot average that no longer exists and an annual price that has since dropped.

Everything below comes from things anyone can check: the plan and Luna data built into the herahaven.ai web app, its own Luna cost list, the public video-generator and character pages, the terms of service (version dated 22 August 2026), the cancellation and complaint policies, and Trustpilot, all read on 20 October 2026 from France. It is not a hands-on test, so there are no chat logs or sample images, and no judgement of writing or image quality. Where a number comes from the app's code rather than a page you can open, we say so.

What You Get

The footer and the terms name Vilala Limited, 61 Agiou Pavlou, Nicosia, Cyprus, as the company behind HeraHaven.

• Pro features: unlimited texting, receiving pictures (the upgrade prompt says "Generate up to 70 Uncensored Pics"), creating videos from pictures, sending and receiving voice messages, and 500 bonus Luna a month.
• Pre-made characters: the homepage showed 28 realistic girlfriends on 20 October, with listed ages from 18 to 49, plus separate anime ("Waifus" and "Yaoi") and AI boyfriend sections.
• Gifts: the chat code lists virtual gifts, from a pizza slice at 20 Luna to a tiara at 180.
• Mobile: no App Store or Google Play link. The site ships a web-app manifest, so you can add it to your home screen.

The homepage calls it "the most popular AI girlfriend app", and the sign-up flow says "Join over 3 million users of HeraHaven", two-thirds of them in the US. Those are HeraHaven's own claims; we found nothing independent to check them against.

Character Creator

We read the creator's option lists from the app's code on 20 October. For a realistic girlfriend:

• Style: Realistic or Anime, and Girlfriend or Boyfriend.
• Body and face: 6 ethnicities, 4 body types, 4 breast sizes, 4 hair styles, 2 hair lengths and 6 hair colors.
• Age: brackets only, from Twenties to Fifties. There is no option below the twenties.
• Voice: 12 accent-labelled voices (eight American, plus British, Australian, Indian and African).
• Personality: 19 preset personas per gender, each a short written backstory, from "Supportive Wife" and "Flirty Nurse" to "Dominant Mistress", "Stalker Ex" and "Obsessive Girlfriend".

The anime creator goes further on looks: 10 eye colors, 19 hair styles, 12 hair colors and 7 art styles. Creating a character costs 15 Luna for subscribers, according to HeraHaven's cost list. The homepage FAQ says there is "no limit to the number of AI girlfriends you can create", while the in-app upgrade prompt sells Pro as "Create up to 25 Girls"; plan around 25.

What a Free Account Gets

HeraHaven publishes no free-tier table. These limits are the ones written into the web app's code on 20 October 2026; the server could enforce different numbers:

• Before registering: 7 messages.
• Free account: 14 messages per chat and 28 in total, after which a "Free Limit Reached" upgrade prompt appears.
• Custom characters: 2.
• Generator: a couple of free pictures.
• Luna: none, and none for sale. On a free account, the Buy Luna button opens the Pro subscription prompt instead.

That is enough to see the interface, not to judge a companion over several days.

Luna Tokens & Videos

Pro pays for access and unlimited messaging; Luna pay for output. The Buy Luna page lists what they buy, and the generator and video code add the rest:

Some pictures that arrive in chat show an "Unlock for X Luna" button, and that price varies by message; it's only visible behind the login wall. Neither the terms nor the cancellation policy say whether unused Luna expire.

Picture-to-video is live. The NSFW video generator page, the Videos page in the menu and the Pro feature list ("Create Videos From Pictures") describe the flow: generate a picture, press Create Video, and find the clip on the Videos page. Video needs a paid subscription and enough Luna, and the button shows the cost before you confirm; generation "takes about four minutes", though it can vary; if a video fails, "your 200 Luna were refunded". Prices & Which Plan

HeraHaven has no public pricing page: the subscribe and Buy Luna pages are marked noindex and sit behind an account. The figures below come from the plan data built into the web app, in US dollars, as loaded on 20 October 2026 from France. The code formats prices in the account's currency, so a logged-in buyer may see another currency.

Extra Luna come in four packs, sold only to Pro members:

Cost per picture and video, dividing the whole Pro fee by the 500 included Luna (so chat counts as free; a floor, not a quote). Pack rows assume you're already paying for Pro:

Which plan to pick: annual Pro. $79.80 buys 6,000 Luna over the year, which would cost about $167 at the best pack rate, while monthly Pro costs three times as much for the same allowance. Videos are where the bill grows: once the included Luna run out, each clip costs $5.55 to $10.95 in packs.

Before You Pay

School tropes on HeraHaven's own pages

The companions on HeraHaven's public pages are all listed as 18 or older, and the creator's youngest age bracket is "Twenties". The anime page's FAQ still invites users into "the classic schoolgirl/schoolboy look", and the anime creator offers a "Flat" breast size alongside twintails and a "Skinny" body. The youngest showcased girlfriends are listed at 18 and 19: Ariana is a 19-year-old college student whose scenarios include a dorm kitchen and a failing grade, and Catalina's profile stresses her "youthful innocence", a spa opened "straight out of high school" and a "Teach Me" scenario. School-themed framing next to explicit content is something we flag on every site. If you use HeraHaven, keep characters unambiguously adult and use the site's Report Content link for anything that isn't.

Billing, refunds and who runs it

• Prices before sign-up: none. Prices appear only once you have an account.
• Refunds: none, except where the law requires one. The terms and the cancellation policy cover subscriptions, Luna packs and crypto payments alike, and rule out prorated refunds.
• Cancelling: any time from account settings, or by emailing support@herahaven.ai with your account details. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and no further charges follow.
• Discount labels: the annual plan is labelled "Save 70%", measured against $239.40, which is twelve months at the monthly price; the three larger packs show struck-through "original" prices ($39.99, $89.99, $179.99) that we never saw charged. The app also contains countdown discount pop-ups and two reminder offers, at 25% and 50% off, that bring the annual plan down to $59.40 or $47.40. We can't say who receives those or when, but if you leave the checkout, a lower offer may follow.
• Company: Vilala Limited, company number HE 442229, 61 Agiou Pavlou, Nicosia 1107, Cyprus.
• Price changes: at least 30 days' notice of a subscription price increase, applied at your next renewal.
• EEA users: the EEA terms add a 14-day right to close your account and withdraw from the terms by email. They don't describe it as a refund.
• Disputes outside the EEA: individual arbitration with National Arbitration and Mediation and a class-action waiver. You can opt out within 30 days of creating your account, by email.
• Payment: Visa or Mastercard, plus a "Pay with crypto" option in the checkout. Charges appear on your statement as "herahelp.com".
• Age checks: in the UK, France, Italy, Australia and 20 US states, the subscribe page says users must verify their age; paying counts as verification, or you can verify through Veriff with an ID. Elsewhere, an 18+ confirmation pop-up is the only gate on the public pages.
• Complaints: complaints@herahaven.ai, with acknowledgement promised within 24 hours and a resolution target of 7 business days.
• Privacy: the homepage says conversations are confidential and use "the latest encryption tech", and the sign-up flow promises "military-grade 184-bit encryption", which is not a standard key length. Both are claims, not an audit. The terms let HeraHaven use your content to train its models unless you opt out by email.

HeraHaven also runs its own affiliate program, which advertises $35 for every paying customer referred or a 50% lifetime commission, so expect plenty of enthusiastic HeraHaven reviews elsewhere. User feedback

There is little independent feedback left to read. On 20 October 2026, Trustpilot's pages for both herahaven.ai and herahaven.com showed only "This profile has been removed", adding that the business "goes against our guidelines and is no longer visible on Trustpilot". Trustpilot doesn't say why. There are no App Store or Google Play listings to fall back on. The site links to an official subreddit, r/HeraHaven, but a brand-run forum isn't a neutral sample. With no source of 50 reviews, this sub-score is neutral.

HeraHaven's annual plan is cheap for what it includes; buy it only once you're sure, because nothing is refundable.

On the product alone the deal is good: $79.80 a year for unlimited texting, uncensored pictures, voice messages, picture-to-video and 500 Luna a month, with a published cost per action, realistic and anime styles, and self-serve cancellation. Our v3 sub-scores reflect that.

What holds the score back: no public prices before sign-up, every charge final, anchor discounts, no calls, no store app and no independent user ratings left. The site also leans on adult school tropes (a "classic schoolgirl look" on its anime page, a "Flat" option in the anime creator, 19-year-old characters framed around high school), which our method counts against it.
