The August version of this review scored Nastia AI on the strength of an uncensored free tier with "200 tokens a day" and an all-in $15.99 plan. On 20 October 2026 we checked those claims again. The paid prices are right. The 200 daily tokens are not a free-tier figure: in Nastia's own plan data they belong to the paid Basic plan, and the free allowance is not published anywhere we could find.
This update rests on things anyone can check: the public pages of nastia.ai, the plan and token data inside the code its membership page runs (the page itself redirects to the login), the terms of service and privacy policy (both dated 16 September 2026), the refund policy (May 2026), the help center, the French company register and Trustpilot. It is not a hands-on test, so there are no chat logs or sample images below, and nothing here grades how well the chat writes. Where something sits behind the login wall, we say so. We loaded the pages from France; Nastia's terms say all payments are in US dollars, and the plan data is in dollars too.

What You Get
Nastia is a web app for chatting with AI companions that can also send pictures, short videos and voice messages. The footer and the terms name Nastia Cybernetics as the operator, with a copyright line running from 2023 to 2026. The homepage sells it two ways at once: "Uncensored NSFW chat", "Uncensored roleplay" and a chat mock-up where "Show me 😈" is answered with "*sends pictures*", next to copy about "mental coaching", self-discovery and "Ideal for introverts". Read the wellness copy as marketing; nothing on the site presents it as clinical support.
- Custom companions: the comparison pages promise control over appearance, personality, voice and backstory.
- Pre-made characters: a character directory lists 98+ anime and manga characters (Yor Forger, Nico Robin, Levi, Gintoki and others) set up for roleplay.

- Media: an image and video generator plus in-chat pictures, all paid in tokens.
- No store app: the install page says "No App Store Required" and installs Nastia from the browser (under 1 MB, iOS 16+, Android 5+, desktop). An App Store search for Nastia returned no listing on 20 October.
Companions, Group Chats, Images & Video
This section sticks to what Nastia's help center, plan data and comparison pages say. We have not used the generator, so nothing here rates output quality.
- Companion slots: one on Free, up to 2 on Basic and up to 5 on Unlimited, per the plan data. An extra slot costs $3.99. The Nomi comparison page still promises group chats with "up to 10 AI companions", a figure that matches the old Premium plan in the code, not the current one.
- Group chats: listed on both paid plans. The Nomi page says you can tag a companion so it answers next.
- Image generator: the help center describes a standalone generator with prompts, negative prompts, aspect ratios, face and pose references, upscaling and preset "Ideas". You can also ask for pictures in chat.
- Video: text-to-video and image-to-video modes. The cost table in the code has two lengths: 3 seconds (200 tokens) and 5 seconds (350 tokens). The install page advertises "HD Video Generation · 1080p".
- Voice: voice messages on Basic; voice messages and voice cloning on Unlimited. The Nomi page says you can upload audio files to clone a voice, and that Nastia has no video calls.
- Memory: Unlimited promises "Unlimited AI messages with best memory"; Basic's plan card says "Smart memory". The Nomi page claims details are remembered "for up to 2 weeks", and a June 2026 Trustpilot reviewer says the companion's memory resets every 24 hours. Neither figure can be checked from outside.
- Exports: the help center says you can download each chat's history and save images one by one; there is no one-click export.

Adult Content & the Free Plan
Nastia's homepage FAQ answers "Can Nastia AI do dirty talk?" with "Yes", and says dirty chat, sexting and roleplay are "all on the free tier, no credit card". The free plan includes one companion. We can't confirm the uncensored part without a test account, so treat it as the site's claim. On the paid plans, images and video come from the same token-based generator.
What the free plan includes in volume is where Nastia's pages disagree:
- Several landing pages (AI sex chat, NSFW AI chat, AI boyfriend) promise free chat with "no daily message caps".
- The homepage FAQ says the free tier "includes daily messages and basic features".
- The plan data on the Replika comparison page lists the free plan as "Uncensored chat", "Daily token limits" and "Basic companion customization".
- The app's code includes a "Free plan cap reached" screen and a note that tokens are "used for messages (free users)".
So free chat is metered, and Nastia never says by how much. The only figure we found comes from a user: a September 2025 Trustpilot review describes 40 free credits a day at one credit per message. That is one person's report from a year ago, not an official number. The 200 daily tokens we quoted in August are Basic's allowance, not the free plan's.
Free and paid plans also disagree on images. The AI video generator page says the free plan "includes uncensored text chat and images", while the plan data lists image generation from the paid Basic tier up. Expect images to need tokens either way.
Prices & Which Plan to Choose
The pricing link on nastia.ai goes to /app/membership, which sends logged-out visitors to the login screen. The figures below come from the plan configuration that page loads, read on 20 October 2026. They are in US dollars, the only currency the terms allow.

The plan card doesn't say whether the 600 or 2,000 "pictures" are a storage cap or a generation quota. Token packs, which their descriptions in the plan data say "never expire":

What the Tokens Buy
Nastia's code prices a basic image at 10 tokens (15 for some models, more with face or pose references, upscaling or high resolution), a 3-second video at 200 tokens and a 5-second video at 350. The app itself counts a month's tokens as 30 days of daily tokens plus the monthly bonus, so the table uses that formula. Each per-item figure assumes you spend every token on that one thing, so treat it as a ceiling.

Which plan to choose: annual Unlimited at $99.95. Annual Basic costs $87.95, only $12 a year less, while Unlimited brings unlimited chat, voice cloning, five companion slots and about 2.5 times the tokens. That works out at about $8.33 a month and $0.56 per 1,000 tokens, the cheapest rate in the table. Pay monthly ($15.99) only if you want to try it for a month first.
Know what "Unlimited" covers: messages. 400 daily tokens buy two 3-second videos a day, and the install page's "Unlimited AI Selfies" line doesn't match a plan that charges tokens per image. The monthly totals also assume you collect the daily tokens every day; Nastia doesn't say publicly whether unused daily tokens carry over.
Before You Pay
Refunds, cancellation and who runs it
- Company: Nastia Cybernetics, a French SAS registered in November 2023 (SIREN 982046385), with its registered office in Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni, French Guiana, according to the French company register. The terms list legal@nastia.ai and support@nastia.ai as contacts.
- Law: the terms fall under French law. EU consumers keep the mandatory protections of their own country and can sue in France or where they live. The terms also say the service is hosted in the United States.
- Refunds: "All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or where a technical error prevented delivery." The refund policy (May 2026) says the same.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and the terms say prices can change at any time.
- Cancelling: self-serve. The help center walks through Settings → Membership → Manage → Danger Zone → Cancel membership; access lasts until the end of the paid period. If you lose access to your account, cancellations go by email to cancel@nastia.ai with the last four card digits and payment details. The cancellation flow may suggest an offer or a pause if you give a reason. The cancellation screen warns that "some of your pictures and videos will be deleted" once an account falls back to the free tier.
- Account deletion: you have to cancel any active subscription first. Deletion is immediate and wipes companions, chats, media and any remaining tokens.
- Payment: the terms list Mastercard, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay with a supported card, and allow prepaid codes bought from third-party stores. No crypto option is listed.
- Age checks: self-declaration in most countries. Where the law requires more, the help center says an outside age-assurance provider runs a face-estimate, card or ID check and Nastia only receives a yes or no.
Compared with sites that make you email support to cancel, the cancellation process here is clearly documented. The no-refund rule is standard for the category, and it matters more here because the price is only visible after you sign up.
Prices: what you see before and after signing up
Nastia's public pages still print prices from an older plan generation that remains in its code:

None of this changes what you'd pay at checkout, which is set in the membership page: expect $11.99 or $15.99 a month, not $4.17. The plan data also stores "not discounted" prices of $12.99 a month for Basic and $22.95 for Unlimited, and the yearly view shows a "Was $…/mo" price with a "You save" line next to the annual total. The install page shows "12k+ installs this week" and a live counter (453 users online when we looked).
Privacy & trackers
The homepage now says "Safe and private conversations" (the "100% private" wording we quoted in August is gone). The FAQ says chats are encrypted, never shown to other users and never sold, and that data is shared only with service providers. The privacy policy (16 September 2026) lists those providers, which include "analytics and advertising providers", and says some advertising cookies may count as "sharing" under US state privacy laws.

The logged-in app pages also load Sentry, an error-reporting service. None of this is unusual for a consumer app, and the policy now discloses it. Just know that your visit to an adult companion site is shared with Google's and Meta's ad tools, even if your chats are not.
User feedback
Nastia publishes its own numbers: the homepage's structured data claims a 4.8 rating from 12,000 reviews, the install page claims 4.9 from 12,000, and the Replika comparison page claims "800K+ users worldwide". There is no store listing to check them against, and the "As featured in" logos are Greenbot and AutoGPT.
The one independent source we found is much lower. On 20 October 2026 Nastia's Trustpilot page, which the company has not claimed, showed a TrustScore of 2.1 from 18 reviews. Recurring complaints:
- Billing: a reviewer says they were charged for a year instead of a month (August 2025); another says a screen freeze led to a $100 charge instead of $8 (January 2026). An October 2026 review complains about disputed charges, though it also promotes a rival app, so weigh it accordingly.
- Memory and coherence: reviews from December 2025 to October 2026 describe companions forgetting things, ignoring instructions or losing the thread.
- Media: complaints that images and video failed or didn't match the promise, and one reviewer from July 2025 points out that "unlimited" images in fact run on tokens.
The positive reviews we saw (two 5-star, one 4-star) praise lifelike conversation and say paid chat is worth it. Eighteen reviews is a small sample, below the 50 our method needs, so the User Feedback score is a neutral 5.0; the billing complaints still repeat.

What holds the score back is billing clarity and feedback. The price list is behind the login, the public pages still quote prices from an older plan generation, the free allowance is never stated, "Unlimited" doesn't cover the images and videos the install page sells as unlimited, and nothing is refundable outside the law. The only independent feedback we found, 18 Trustpilot reviews averaging 2.1, keeps coming back to billing and memory.
